The fitness center is Introducing exciting changes to future fitness hours! Starting next month, the center will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week! This means that you can come in and workout at any time that is convenient for you. In addition, we are adding new equipment and classes to our schedule.
We know that many of our members are busy people with demanding lifestyles. That’s why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to fit working out into your schedule. Our new 24 hour policy means that you can come in and workout at any time that is convenient for you. In addition, we are adding new equipment and classes to our schedule.
We want our members to have access to the best possible resources so they can reach their fitness goals. We hope these changes will help everyone achieve a healthy and active lifestyle!
Change #1: Extend hours on weekdays.
The future is looking bright for fitness fanatics at Future Fitness. In response to popular demand, the gym will be extending its hours on weekdays, giving members more time to get their workout in.
The new hours will be from 6am to 10pm, giving members a full 16 hours to work out during the week. This change comes as a result of survey feedback, where members overwhelmingly requested longer weekday hours.
So if you’re looking to get fit in the New Year, or just want to have more time to hit the gym, head on down to Future Fitness and take advantage of the new hours. With extended weekday hours, there’s no excuse not to get your sweat on!
Change #2: Introduce new weekend hours
Starting this weekend, Future Fitness will be open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays. This change comes as a response to our member’s feedback and suggestions. We know that many of our members like to workout early in the morning or later at night, so these new hours will give everyone more time to enjoy the facilities and get healthy!
We hope that these new hours will make it even easier for our members to stay fit and reach their fitness goals. As always, we welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have about our hours or any other aspect of the gym.
Change #3: More class options.
The team at Future Fitness is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. To that end, we have made some changes to our class offerings. We have added 3 new class options:
1. Pilates: This low-impact class is perfect for those looking to improve their flexibility and core strength.
2. Yoga: This ancient practice can help you increase your flexibility, balance, and muscle tone.
3. Tai Chi: This gentle martial art can help reduce stress, improve your posture, and increase your sense of well-being.
